Eurofins Scientific in Brussels is offering a 6-month end-of-studies internship as a Junior Project Coordinator in Talent Management & Analytics. You will report to the Regional Finance Director and collaborate with global Talent Management teams to standardize and improve Talent Management frameworks within the network.

The role blends Talent Management, HR analytics, project coordination, and organizational development.

Qualifications

• This master's degree candidate should be pursuing a relevant field and show experience in project management or data-driven roles.
• Experience or internship in HR processes improvement is a plus.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Management, HR analytics, and organisational development initiatives across the Eurofins network.
• Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting to support succession planning and talent identification.
• Coordinate projects with leaders across Finance, HR and Operations.
• Contribute to creating standardized performance objectives and KPI frameworks.
• Help implement development actions for top talent and monitor progress.
