Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator for Talent Management & Analytics under the V.I.E programme. The role is based in Brussels and focuses on developing analytics for Talent Management, HR processes, and organisational development within an international network.

You will work with finance, HR, and operations leaders across Europe. The position is a 12-month V.I.E assignment, with a monthly allowance and support from Business France for relocation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, data management, finance, business, management or related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience or internship in project management, data-driven roles, or HR processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and standardisation of Talent Management frameworks across the Eurofins network.
• Assist in performance management, job descriptions, and competency alignment.
• Contribute to succession planning and talent identification initiatives.
• Support data analysis and stakeholder management across Europe.
