Job summary

Henkel Belgium is offering an internship in Talent Acquisition and Campus Management in Brussels. You will work across talent acquisition, campus activities and employer branding to support the internship program and university relations.

The role targets students or fresh graduates in business/human resources. Fluent English and French are required; Dutch is a plus. 6-month full-time commitment starts January 2027 with relocation and intern benefits.

Qualifications

Student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management or related.
Excellent written & spoken knowledge of English and French, with Dutch being a clear advantage.
Great attention to detail.
Excellent communication and planning skills.
Interest to learn more about Human Resources.
Looking forward to collaborating with international colleagues in the Benelux region.
Available full-time for 6 months starting January 2027.

Responsibilities

Gather the needs of hiring managers.
Prepare vacancy texts reflecting department needs.
Post and analyze applications across channels.
Drive first screening calls & share feedback to hiring managers.
Monitor internship agreement processes and internal hiring.
Be the HR ambassador within the internship community; organize monthly activities and manage intern group.
Attend events at universities and business schools in Belgium; support Academic Relations projects.
