Amaris Consulting in Belgium seeks a Master’s degree student for a 6-month Business Support Officer internship, gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition and business support, managing recruitment from start to finish and acting as a business partner to attract top talent in a fast-growing, international environment.

You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain the ATS, support employer branding and recruitment reporting, with English required and French or Dutch.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree student available for a 6‑month internship.
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English, and (French or Dutch) both written and spoken. This is mandatory.
• Any first experience in recruitment, human resources, customer service, sales, or a student association is a plus.
• You take initiative, stay organized, and can manage several tasks at the same time.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Support recruitment processes from candidate sourcing through interview coordination.
• Source and screen candidates using job boards, professional networks, and internal talent pools.
• Conduct initial phone and video screenings to understand candidates’ skills, experience, and motivations.
• Understand client needs accompanied by managers.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in the Applicant Tracking System and other internal tools.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Prepare recruitment reports and help track key recruitment indicators.
