Randstad Sourceright seeks a Talent Advisor (Recruiter - Dutch/French) to support the Daikin account in Belgium. The role is hybrid, based in Brussels (Anderlecht) two days a week with travel to Ostend as needed.

You will drive direct delivery of engineering and support profiles, craft tailored recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment cycle with a focus on candidate experience and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting engineering or business-support roles.
Experience sourcing and interviewing professionals.
HR expert able to lead talent and organisational development projects.
Corporate or staffing recruitment experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organisational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Dutch and French; good command of English.

Responsabilités

Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle with proactive, best-in-class experience.
Build a strong talent pool through market research and proactive outreach.
Present candidates, extend offers, and negotiate terms with offers accepted.
Serve as single point of contact for Hiring Managers on assigned requisitions.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and internal teams to ensure adequate sourcing and screening support.
Understand client business needs and advise on appropriate recruitment strategies.
Capture all recruitment activity in real-time in the client’s ATS or database.
Be the brand ambassador for Daikin and raise market awareness.
