Job summary

ALTEN Belgium is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (V.I.E) to support the growth of its Life Sciences Department. You will drive end-to-end recruitment for engineering and life sciences profiles, collaborating with Business Managers to write offers and identify candidates.

You will manage the recruitment process from first contact to signature, participate in weekly operational meetings, and contribute to school relations and recruitment events to strengthen ALTEN's presence in Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: define and write job offers; identify candidates via job boards and networks; perform initial phone screening and pre-qualification; coordinate interviews and signature; participate in weekly operational meetings.
• Internal/external communication: support school relations; attend job fairs and recruitment events.
