ALTEN Belgium seeks a Business Manager Life Sciences to drive growth in the pharmaceutical sector and lead Life Sciences consultants. You will build client partnerships, close service-based or time-based contracts, and oversee the commercial activity.

The role requires a French native speaker with fluent English, a Master in Business or Science, and prior Life Sciences or sales experience. You will be proactive, organized, and able to manage priorities autonomously.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers in the pharmaceutical sector
• Optimizing business profitability with mid-size accounts and named account
• Closing offer deals on service-based contracts (fixed-price, SLA-based, delivery-based) or on time-based contracts (delegation of consultants)

HUMAN RESOURCES

• Selecting & recruiting your new Life Sciences consultants’ team
• Being in charge of the consultant career evolution (annual review, training…)

MANAGEMENT

• Being in charge of your own team of Life Sciences consultants
• Supervising the financial status of your activity
• Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partners

Your profile

• French native speaker, fluent in English
• Business or Scientific Master degree
• First experience in Life Sciences or in Sales
• You have a passion for new technologies and you are a good listener and communicator.
• You are proactive and especially organized as well as you have an autonomous personality who can manage his/her own priorities.
