Avertim in Brussels offers a hands-on Talent Acquisition Internship to gain recruitment experience in an international consulting environment. You will work with HR Business Partners to source candidates and build pipelines, then progressively handle screening calls and interviews.

This internship is suited for a Master’s student in HR or related fields who is curious, proactive and fluent in French and/or Dutch with professional English.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in HR, Business, Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Curious, proactive and genuinely interested in recruitment and consulting.
• Confident communicator, organized, detail-oriented and able to manage several priorities.
• Persistent and hands-on with a service-oriented mindset.
• Willing to learn Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-enabled tools.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with professional English.

Responsabilités

• Translate recruitment needs into clear target profiles and sourcing criteria.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases and other channels.
• Review applications, identify relevant profiles and build candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate screening calls and interviews, and share practical information with candidates.
• Ensure professional follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep candidate data and recruitment activity accurate in our ATS, respecting data protection requirements.
• Help improve recruitment templates, trackers and processes, including with AI tools.
• Support job descriptions, recruitment communications and employer-branding content.
• Contribute to career fairs, university initiatives and relationships with recruitment partners.

Being an Avertimer

To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern who wants to gain hands‑on recruitment experience in an international consulting environment.

Your internship

You will work closely with the HR Business Partners to support recruitment across different business units and profiles. At the beginning of the internship, your main focus will be sourcing and building strong candidate pipelines. As you gain confidence and experience, you will gradually take on more responsibility, including conducting candidate qualification calls

Your responsibilities

• Translate recruitment needs into clear target profiles and sourcing criteria.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases and other channels.
• Review applications, identify relevant profiles and build candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate screening calls and interviews, and communicate practical information to candidates.
• Ensure professional follow‑up throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep candidate data and recruitment activity accurate in our Applicant Tracking System, while respecting data‑protection requirements.
• Help improve recruitment templates, trackers and ways of working, including with AI tools.
• Support job descriptions, recruitment communication and employer‑branding content.
• Contribute to career fairs, university initiatives and relationships with recruitment partners.

Your profile

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, Communication or a related field.
• Curious, proactive and genuinely interested in recruitment, people and consulting.
• A confident communicator who is organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing several priorities.
• Persistent and hands‑on, with a strong sense of ownership and a service‑oriented team mindset.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and motivated to learn Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI‑enabled recruitment tools.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with professional English. Knowledge of all three languages is a strong asset.
