Avertim is seeking an experienced Consultant to support the growth of our Life Sciences & Chemicals activities in Belgium. You will deliver advisory services, manage client relationships, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in sciences, engineering, or an MBA, is fluent in French and English, and possesses up to 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in sciences, engineering or MBA.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch or German is a plus.
• Up to 5 years’ experience in a consultancy, industry, production or quality role.
• Strong analytical skills and solid client management.
• Willingness to go the extra mile and be client-focused.

As a Consultant, you are responsible for:

• Mission Delivery: Acting as a trusted advisor in solving and managing issues the client encounters. The intervention will be around Avertim’s key service lines: increase performance, drive innovation and leverage compliance.
• Client Relationship:Establishing, building and maintaining a good relationship with clients when collaborating with them in applying new processes, technologies or methodologies.
• Team Collaboration:Supported by peers you will be working and collaborating with clients in a team context to achieve sustainable deliverables.

Your Background:

• AMaster’s Degreein either Sciences, Engineering and/or an MBA
• Fluent inFrenchandEnglish. Good knowledge of Dutch or German are a valuable asset
• Up to 5years’ experiencein a consultancy firm or in the industry, production or quality is preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Project Management experience is a plus
• Excellentclient managementandrelationship buildingskills
• You show resilience and are willing to go the extra mile
