Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, or transportation management.
• Experience in procurement administration, supplier management, and contract coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics rate administration, including fuel updates, rate validation, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee contract management activities such as document reviews, approval workflows, and electronic signature processes.
• Support sourcing and tender activities by collecting data, preparing RFQs, and conducting bid evaluations.
• Handle spot quote requests and provide operational procurement support for various transportation requirements.
• Generate procurement reports, KPI dashboards, and value tracking insights for management.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPI reporting, meeting preparation, and action tracking.
• Coordinate the resolution of invoice discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

• You are fluent in English.
