Unknown is seeking a Purchasing & Supply Chain Officer to provide key administrative support to purchasing and supply chain teams in an international environment in Belgium.

You will process orders, follow delivery schedules, manage supplier data in the ERP, report issues, support planners and sales with lead times, and help improve supply processes daily.

Responsabilités

• Processing and monitoring purchase orders and supplier information
• Following up on delivery schedules and supplier commitments
• Ensuring accurate data management within the ERP system
• Identifying and reporting supply-related issues or discrepancies
• Supporting Supply Chain Planners with backorders and ongoing deliveries
• Assisting the sales team with product availability and lead-time inquiries
• Maintaining smooth communication between suppliers and internal departments
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes
