Job summary

• Hands-on with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics rate administration, including fuel updates, rate validation, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee contract management activities: document reviews, approval workflows, and e-signatures.
• Support sourcing and tender activities by collecting data, preparing RFQs, and bid evaluations.
• Handle spot quote requests and provide operational procurement support for transportation needs.
• Generate procurement reports, KPI dashboards, and value tracking insights for management.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPI reporting, meeting prep, and action tracking.
• Coordinate resolution of invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
