Prothya Biosolutions Belgium is seeking a Maintenance Support Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in Brussels. You will ensure safety, quality compliance and continuous improvement of maintenance processes. You will serve as SME in maintenance for QMS and coordinate monthly planning, shutdowns, and budget activity.

You will hire, coach and develop staff, drive competence, and act as focal point for internal/external audits. Fluency in French or Dutch and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Master Industrial engineer (electromechanical) or equivalent experience.
• minimum 5 years of experience in an industry environment and high regulated environment with at least one experience in people management
• Knowledge of maintenance concepts, installation upgrades and installation techniques is an asset
• Knowledge of TPM method & tools is a plus
• Language skills: Professional French and/or Dutch and good knowledge of English
• Ability for writing clear and complete documents
• Flexibility

As Maintenance Support Supervisor, you are responsible to manage the Maintenance support team. Your main tasks are to ensure your team is working safely, respecting Quality requirements and motivating your team in order to be efficient & improve MNT processes & efficiency .

• You are the SME in Maintenance for QMS
• You manage improvements projects & define short/mid and long term priorities
• You are MNT coordinator of monthly planning & summer shutdown.

3. Support Team responsibilities

• Taking care that spare-parts for Maintenance and repair are available.
• Actively maintain & improving maintenance processes
• coordinator of midterm schedule for MNT interventions in production
• following centrally purchase orders and follow respect of budget

4. Summer shutdown coordinator

• with MNT to prepare schedule and follow execution
• full shutdown planning as peer with PE coordinator

5. Budget

• Responsible of all Purchase orders in MNT and to assist MNT manager in budget follow up
• Translates annual departmental business objectives to the team and makes sure the objectives are met. Organizes the activities and tasks of the team.
• Lead the Maintenance support team. Hire, coach and appraise employees, and develop employees using the relevant HR instruments, service and procedures.
• Ensures a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.

Education, experience and skills

• Education level: Master Industrial engineer (electromechanical) or equivalent experience
• minimum 5 years of experience in an industry environment and high regulated environment with at least one experience in people management

Skills

• Knowledge of maintenance concepts, installation upgrades and installation techniques is an asset
• Knowledge of TPM method & tools is a plus
