Job summary

The Walt Disney Company Belgium is seeking a Sales Supervisor in our Studio Distribution team in Antwerp to manage relationships with French-speaking cinema exhibitors across Belgium and Luxembourg and oversee programming activities.

You will monitor post-release box office, resolve data and billing queries, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch helpful; four days onsite.

• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Dutch knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Numerical confidence and Excel data analysis.
• Clear stakeholder communication and ability to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of independent French-speaking cinema exhibitors, building trusted relationships across Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Manage programming activities, including release proposals, programming agreements, bookings and prolongations for French-speaking exhibitors.
• Monitor post-release box office performance and ticket sales data, ensuring figures are accurate for reporting and invoicing.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in box office, booking and billing information with exhibitors and partners.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for the billing team, processing supplier invoices in Coupa/SAP.
• Balance exhibitor needs with Disney’s commercial objectives and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Take ownership of operational issues through to resolution and escalate as needed.
