Tempo-Team NV (Belgium) is seeking a motivated student to support HR content migration to SharePoint in Diegem. The role involves reviewing existing HR documents, reformatting content to fit new templates, and uploading materials while coordinating with SMEs.

You will work in a hybrid environment within an international HR team, gaining valuable experience while contributing to improved internal communication.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Digitally savvy; quick to learn new platforms (SharePoint knowledge a plus).
• Excellent written English; Dutch and/or French a plus.
• Independent worker with a proactive attitude.
• Fully available full-time for October 2026.

Responsabilités

• Review and clean HR documents (policies, work instructions, guides, FAQs).
• Reformat content to align with new SharePoint templates and style guidelines.
• Upload and organize documentation within the new SharePoint platform.
• Create and verify internal links, references, and cross-document connections.
• Identify outdated or duplicate content and coordinate resolution with SMEs.
• Maintain a clear progress log for the migration process.
• Perform quality checks for broken links, formatting errors, and accessibility.
