Arcadis is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Manager to drive workforce agility across EUK, establishing proactive 12-week forecasts and ensuring demand needs are managed with proactive insights for Service leaders. The role also manages a team of Resource Planners.

You will own the 12-week forecast, develop data-driven resource plans, and provide recruitment recommendations to Service Directors, while optimizing deployment across Global and local resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing, forecasting or related analytical roles within the AEC or related professional Services Industry in the EUK.
• Strategic thinking to translate forecasts into actionable workforce insight.
• Deep understanding of forecasting, productivity metrics and demand variance analysis.

Responsabilités

• Own the 12-week forecast, highlighting supply and demand variance.
• Establish data driven resource forecasts to enable proactive decision making.
• Provide recruitment recommendations to Service Directors and inform TA partners.
• Maximize agility of talent across accounts and Sectors, using named resource requests.
• Monitor weekly billable and productive time vs planned; drive performance improvements.
