EmpHire seeks an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic change initiatives across our financial services organization. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver programs that drive growth, compliance, digital innovation, and customer experience improvements.

Working across business and technology teams, you will manage end-to-end delivery, governance, benefits realization, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum preferred.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is an asset.
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects from initiation to post-deployment review.
• Develop project plans, governance, milestones, budgets and resource requirements.
• Monitor performance, manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across business, operations, technology, risk, and external partners.
• Provide regular status updates and governance presentations.
