Belfius is seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that strengthen risk management, compliance, governance and operations. You will coordinate between Business, Risk and Technology, translating requirements into pragmatic, value-driven solutions.

You will drive planning, budgeting, risks, testing and change management while ensuring delivery stays on track. Collaboration with Audit, NFR, Compliance and IT is essential.

• Experience leading transformation or IT projects in regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.
