Capgemini is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, cross‑functional initiatives across diverse clients and industries. You will coordinate initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines and budgets are met while aligning business objectives with outcomes.

You will guide senior stakeholders, coach project managers, and drive governance, risk, and financial controls in a hybrid environment. A strategic yet hands‑on leader is needed to thrive in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master) and professional verbal proficiency in Dutch or French and English.
• More than 5 years of proven Project Manager experience with delivery of large, complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior and executive levels, excellent leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Deep expertise in project governance, risk and financial management in Waterfall, Agile and hybrid environments.
• PRINCE2 Foundation, PMI or PMP certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead large and complex cross‑functional initiatives with high business impact and act as the primary interface for senior stakeholders and sponsors.
• Define and drive project strategy, governance, delivery approach; oversee planning, execution, risk management and financial control.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes.
• Lead and coach project managers and team members; establish robust reporting, KPIs and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Anticipate risks and drive proactive mitigation strategies; ensure successful implementation and transition to operations.
