delaware BeLux is seeking a Strategic Change & Transformation Lead to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shape transformation approaches, and contribute to our Business Transformation & Adoption practice while staying connected to client work.

You will connect strategy to execution, develop AI-enabled transformation assets, collaborate across SAP, Data, AI and Technology, support presales, and lead engagements that drive sustainable adoption and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience advising senior stakeholders on transformation initiatives.
• Ability to shape methodologies and reusable assets.
• Curiosity about how technology, data and AI affect organizations.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, connecting vision to execution.
• Build transformation approaches and reusable assets, including AI-enabled ways of working.
• Bring together colleagues across SAP, Data, AI and Technology into integrated, cross-domain approaches.
• Support presales and proposal development with Solution Leads.
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives and customer engagements with sustainable adoption.
• Model leadership, coach others, and foster collaboration.
