La Fosse in Belgium is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to join the founding team. You will identify AI opportunities, design roadmaps and lead practical AI and data-driven solutions for SMEs and mid-market clients, translating challenges into measurable value.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, AI, data, technology and organisational change; fluency in Dutch is required as you collaborate with data scientists, engineers and senior stakeholders to drive adoption and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in AI, data, technology, digital transformation or management consulting.
• Proven experience delivering client-facing AI, data or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, machine learning and modern data platforms.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions and strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Comfortable bridging business and technical teams.
• Fluent Dutch
• Experience managing workstreams or cross-functional project teams.
• Technical familiarity with tools such as Python, Azure, Databricks, PySpark or Power BI.
• Master's degree in Business Engineering, Data, Computer Science or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prioritise high-value AI, data and automation opportunities.
• Lead client workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
• Translate business challenges into practical AI use cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Develop business cases, value propositions, success metrics and implementation plans.
• Support the delivery of Generative AI, machine learning, analytics and automation initiatives.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers and technical specialists to ensure successful delivery.
• Advise clients on AI adoption, change management and value realisation.
• Communicate complex AI and technical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Support AI governance, responsible AI and data governance initiatives.
• Manage client workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the business as part of the founding team.
