delaware BeLux is seeking a Strategic Change & Transformation Lead to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shape transformation approaches, and contribute to our Business Transformation & Adoption practice while staying connected to client work.

You will connect strategy to execution, develop AI-enabled transformation assets, collaborate across SAP, Data, AI and Technology, support presales, and lead engagements that drive sustainable adoption and measurable value.

Transformation is evolving: organizations are rethinking how they operate, how people work, and how AI is reshaping their industries. As a Strategic Change & Transformation Lead, you act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shape our transformation approach, and contribute to the future direction of our Business Transformation & Adoption practice, while staying connected to real client work.

This is a client-facing role with added responsibility for shaping how we work, not a purely internal one. You'll contribute to opportunities and proposals and can still broaden your expertise while continuing to learn what customers need.

What will you be doing?

• act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, connecting vision to execution;


• build transformation approaches, methodologies and reusable assets, including AI-enabled ways of working;


• bring together colleagues across SAP, Data, AI and Technology into integrated, cross-domain approaches;


• support presales and proposal development, and flag new opportunities, in partnership with our Solution Leads;


• lead strategic transformation initiatives and key customer engagements, ensuring sustainable adoption and value;


• act as a role model: lead by example, coach others, learn from them, and collaborate well.

The Business Transformation & Adoption - People team helps organizations realize the full value of transformation, combining expertise in change management, learning & enablement, organizational design, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption & value realization, transformation governance and AI adoption & enablement.

We work at the intersection of business, people and technology, and don't stop at advice: we work alongside customers to make transformation stick. Many of our assignments are closely linked to ERP and enterprise-wide programs, some of the most complex our customers undertake.

delaware has offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, and you'll spend plenty of time with customers and colleagues across locations. You'll join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team where knowledge sharing, coaching and continuous learning are part of our DNA.

Is there a match?

• are comfortable connecting strategy to execution, and engaging senior executives and leadership teams;


• have experience shaping methodologies, offerings or reusable assets, preferably within a consulting practice;


• have a strong consulting mindset and entrepreneurial attitude, and enjoy building bridges between disciplines and teams;


• have extensive experience in organizational, business and/or digital transformation, ideally including ERP-enabled programs;


• have a genuine curiosity for how technology, data and AI are affecting organizations and work;


• enjoy contributing to presales and business development conversations, even though deal ownership sits with our Solution Leads;


• are fluent in English and Dutch or French.


• have experience with transformation governance or portfolio management;


• have contributed to thought leadership or market positioning;


• have experience in (SAP-enabled) transformation programs.


• have experience in a role as a team lead, large project lead
