Zusammenfassung

ISS Facility Services NV is seeking a senior leader to transform BeLux Food and Non-Food Supply Chain and Procurement. You will define strategy, lead a ~10-person team, and manage ~€160 million in spend across Food, Non-Food, temporary labour, fleet and subcontracting.

A permanent contract with a company car, a charging card and homeworking 2 days/week is offered in an international environment. You will partner with Group Procurement and Operations to drive value, cash flow and risk management

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Business Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain, including 6–10 years in leadership.

Aufgaben

• Define and deploy the Food and Non-Food Supply Chain and Procurement strategy to improve performance, costs, cash flow, risk, sustainability, and client value.
• Lead team and supplier partnerships in line with ISS Belux and Group priorities.
• Define transformation roadmap aligned with local and international ambitions.
• Increase value through strategic sourcing, category management and supplier-base rationalisation.
• Position Procurement as a growth partner while optimising costs, service quality and cash flow.
• Align Food and Non-Food strategies with Group direction and deploy framework agreements locally.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, onboarding and evaluation.
• Manage approximately €160 million in annual spend and a team of ~10 people.
