Job summary

PwC Belgium is seeking a Senior Manager in Strategy & Operations with a strong focus on Supply Chain for Pharma & Life Sciences. You will lead advisory engagements, drive supply chain improvements and work with cross-functional PwC teams to deliver value to clients.

The role requires a decade of relevant experience, consulting exposure, and fluency in English plus Dutch or French. Travel up to three days a week is expected, with opportunities across PwC's international network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum ten years of experience in Supply Chain within Healthcare & Life Sciences.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
• Ability to combine technical knowledge with consulting and project management skills.
• Fluent in English, and Dutch and/or French.
• Willingness to travel abroad up to three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Focus on supply chain planning, manufacturing and/or distribution and logistics.
• Analyse issues and define approaches to manage and solve them with the project team.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients on an ongoing basis.
• Contribute to achieving commercial goals by selling follow-up projects.
• Collaborate with PwC’s international Pharma & Life Sciences community.
• Lead, develop and mentor supervised teams and assess performance.
