We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can map unfamiliar talent markets, own the pipeline end-to-end, and partner with hiring managers to hire high-impact profiles across Europe and North America. You’ll craft engaging candidate experiences and help scale our recruitment function with data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• Around 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting niche, specialist, or hard to find profiles.
• Hunter mindset with research, outreach, and market mapping.
• Direct and transparent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving scale-up environment.

Aufgaben

• Own searches from the start and define the candidacy profile and sourcing strategy.
• Run the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Create a candidate experience that feels like Azumuta and remains respectful and transparent.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices and improve candidate profiles and interviewing.
• Get creative with sourcing using networks, partnerships, and your curiosity to reach hard-to-find talent.
• Build deep knowledge of talent markets to improve searches and hiring decisions.
• Support employer branding through national and international campaigns.
