Cohabs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the TA strategy and execution across our international markets. You will work closely with the HR Manager, hiring managers, and leadership to attract, assess, and hire the talent needed to support Cohabs' next stage of growth.

You will own end-to-end recruitment across international markets, build proactive pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing, and coach managers to improve interviewing and assessment skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, including in-house experience within a fast-growing or international company.
• Proven track record of owning Talent Acquisition strategy and independently managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and countries.
• Experience recruiting across international markets with understanding of different candidate pools and market dynamics.
• Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills with hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
• Data, technology, and AI-driven mindset with proven automation or AI solution implementations.
• Highly autonomous, proactive, and accountable with strong prioritization and decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Own Talent Acquisition strategy and end-to-end recruitment in international markets.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from needs intake to sourcing, assessment, offer and closing.
• Advise hiring managers and leadership on profiles, market realities, and hiring priorities.
• Coach hiring managers to define recruitment needs and improve interviewing and assessment skills.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.
• Lead candidate screening and interview processes with strong stakeholder alignment and candidate experience.
• Manage multiple recruitment priorities across countries, communicating risks and recommendations.
• Own recruitment reporting and KPIs to improve quality, speed, and conversion in the funnel.
• Drive process improvements leveraging technology, automation, and AI.
