Job summary

OMP is seeking a Project Manager to lead global supply chain planning projects from analysis through go-live and handover to support. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget and timelines, and report progress to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with architects, site managers and customers, applying agile methods while driving continuous improvement and team development. Fluency in English and French is required, with travel flexibility.

Qualifications

5+ years of solid experience in project management, preferably in supply chain planning (software).
Experience in a multinational organization or a consulting company.
Affinity with IT software and tools.
Excellent organizational skills with global overview.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
Coaching and leadership skills to inspire diverse teams.
Team-player attitude and effective communication in English and French.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage project teams’ activities, scope, timeline, budget, and resources throughout the life cycle.
Manage customer expectations and ensure delivery quality, cost control, and satisfaction.
Report progress and status to stakeholders; apply agile project management practices.
Collaborate with solution architects, site managers, consultants, and customers.
Coach and develop consultants; guide and coordinate team performance.
