TEKsystems Global Services is seeking a Solution Executive to lead business and strategic technical direction for global customers. You will build and maintain broad relationships, coach TEKsystems teams on strategy, and drive solutioning across sales, architecture, and delivery.

You will own proposals, pricing, SoWs and contracts, articulate value, align with client needs, and guide delivery from pre-sales to transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus but not required.
• 15+ years IT and/or professional services experience with 10+ in a professional services org.
• Experience in IT consulting, infrastructure/platform modernization, and data/application modernization.
• Pre-sales experience across UK and Mainland Europe; English business writing required; Dutch an advantage.

• Drive solutioning and proposals including SoW, pricing, and contracts.
• Collaborate across Sales, Solution Architects, Commercial, and Delivery teams.
• Lead portfolio management of multiple opportunities through pre-sales to delivery.
