Job summary

TVH in Waregem, Belgium, seeks a Business Project Manager to lead improvement and transformation projects within the Commercial Excellence team from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and budget. You will collaborate with Process Owners, IT, and the ComEx team to implement and adopt the roadmap across regional sales teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in project management, a PMP/PRINCE2 or similar certification is desirable, and fluency in English with knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a project management role, preferably within a large organization or as a consultant.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or other recognized project management certification is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and cross-functional stakeholders (IT, data, Sales).
• Strong understanding of Sales and Service processes; as well as Salesforce, Contact Center is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and effective collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring budget adherence.
• Facilitate a clear project governance, with regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Work with L&D, Change and Roll Out Managers to ensure the foreseen changes are well adopted by the business.
• Conduct thorough business analysis to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Ensure projects adhere to company standards, methodologies, and quality requirements (PMO Funnel, 5D Method).
• Report back on progress to the different governance bodies (ComEx Steercos, Global Commercial Meetings, Transformation Office).
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership, technical teams and end-users.
