SOLV, a Belgian-based AI-driven platform, seeks a Project & Process Manager to support and lead client projects in complex environments. You’ll structure, monitor and deliver multi-stakeholder initiatives, owning your client portfolio and scaling SOLV’s project delivery.

The role collaborates across teams, requires 4–6 years in related fields, and offers a hybrid work model with two fixed Brussels office days. Fluency in Dutch or French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in project coordination, consulting or stakeholder management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Native Dutch or French, with professional proficiency in English.
• Based in Belgium, 80% availability, willing to work two fixed office days per week in Brussels.

Responsabilités

• Support and lead client projects using the SOLV platform.
• Collaborate with infrastructure operators, governments, business networks and non-profit coalitions.
• Prepare, structure and facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Translate client needs and context into clear project objectives and deliverables.
• Align with development and product teams on priorities and execution.
• Track timelines, milestones, dashboards and overall progress.
• Ensure clients are properly trained and confident in using the platform.
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Contribute to team learning, documentation and best practices.
