SOLV develops AI-driven software to identify and manage risks in complex, multi-stakeholder projects. The Project & Process Manager will support and lead client projects implementing the SOLV platform in complex environments, coordinating with clients, internal teams and technology.

You will own a client portfolio, professionalise and scale SOLV’s project delivery, and work in a hybrid setting with Belgium-based clients and teams.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in project coordination, consulting or stakeholder management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Native Dutch or French, with professional proficiency in English.
• Based in Belgium, 80% availability, willing to work two fixed office days per week in Brussels.

Responsabilités

• Support and lead client projects using the SOLV platform
• Collaborate with infrastructure operators, governments, business networks and non-profit coalitions
• Prepare, structure and facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams
• Translate client needs and context into clear project objectives and deliverables
• Align with development and product teams on priorities and execution
• Track timelines, milestones, dashboards and overall progress
• Ensure clients are properly trained and confident in using the platform
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
• Contribute to team learning, documentation and best practices
