Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Senior Domain Delivery Lead to drive a major digital transformation program for a prominent public sector client in Brussels. You will federate multiple agile squads around a shared vision, advance governance, and manage inter-team dependencies in a hybrid, full-time engagement.

The role requires 8+ years in project leadership and stakeholder management, 5+ years in Agile delivery, and fluency in French or Dutch with strong English.

Formación

• 8+ years of project leadership in large, multidisciplinary teams.
• 8+ years of complex stakeholder management in large-scale digitalization projects.
• 5+ years of Agile delivery in complex environments.
• Experience in Business Process Reengineering and operational optimization.
• Proven track record in Change Management and organizational transformation.
• Solid knowledge of IT Governance frameworks and application lifecycle management.
• Experience in budget and capacity management in a public administration context.
• Native in French or Dutch with good knowledge of English.

• Federate multiple agile squads around a common vision to ensure alignment between business priorities and technical delivery.
• Foster team autonomy through servant leadership, providing clear frameworks and guiding squads toward higher maturity levels.
• Coordinate global planning and manage inter-team dependencies while transparently arbitrating priorities.
• Identify and remove organizational roadblocks by facilitating collaboration between business units, IT, and external stakeholders.
• Manage project change requests, financial budgeting, and regular progress reporting to senior management.
• Oversee supplier relationships and performance, treating external vendors as strategic partners.

• 8+ years of experience in project leadership and managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
• 8+ years of experience in complex stakeholder management within large-scale digitalization projects.
• 5+ years of expertise in Agile methodologies and iterative delivery in complex environments.
• Extensive experience in Business Process Reengineering and operational optimization.
• Proven track record in Change Management and organizational transformation.
• Solid knowledge of IT Governance frameworks and application lifecycle management.
• Experience in budget and capacity management within a public administration context.
• Resilient, solution-oriented leader with excellent diplomacy and mediation skills.
• You are native in French or Dutch with good knowledge of English.

• Experience in a bridge role such as Senior Product Owner or Business Relationship Manager.
