Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director E&PS IM Project Delivery to lead a strategic portfolio across Ghent or Beerse, Belgium. You will supervise multi-site programs, align investments with business objectives and drive standard methodologies across regions.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in engineering or manufacturing leadership within regulated environments, with strong financial forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from conception to closeout.
• Provide proactive stakeholder updates (Sponsor/Steerco).
• Coordinate design, execution and closeout with project controls and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve program conflicts and align with objectives.
• Manage budgets, risks and change control across a regional project portfolio.
• Mentor and develop leaders to sustain a strong leadership pipeline.
