Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director E&PS IM Project Delivery in Belgium, based in Ghent or Beerse. You will oversee a portfolio of large-scale, high-impact projects within CAR-T and Innovative Medicine, guiding ideation, planning, execution and delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams across facilities, engineering and design, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines while championing standard PM practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint.
• A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, project management, or manufacturing within regulated environments.
• Experience leading multiple large-scale (> 100 MM USD) projects or portfolios with strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from conception to closeout, ensuring scope, quality, safety, and budget.
• Provide proactive updates to Sponsor and Steerco for visibility and alignment.
• Coordinate design, execution and closeout with project controls leads and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve program conflicts and risks.
• Build and maintain partnerships with external vendors and industry networks for capital projects.
