Job summary

In4Matic is seeking an experienced Project Budget & Benefits Controller to support a large-scale transformation programme in Belgium. You will monitor budgets, quantify ROI, and report insights to programme leadership and stakeholders.

You will partner with sponsors and management, delivering financial updates, dashboards and business cases to support informed decisions and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Several years of experience in controlling, project controlling, or financial project monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Experience with SAP/SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
• Accurate, structured, results‑oriented, with business mindset.
• Excellent communication with financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and ownership to identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage and monitor project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Track project expenditure, analyse budget variances and deviations.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards and MI.
• Support preparation and evaluation of business cases.
• Monitor KPIs related to benefit realisation and project performance.
• Identify financial risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend actions.
• Prepare financial updates for steering committees and leadership.
• Monitor governance related to budget, timelines and benefits; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
