Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior financial controller to support day-to-day budget management and year-end activities in Belgium. You will manage budget requests, purchase order checks and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will track requests through approval, assist budget owners with PO creation, monitor budget consumption, update forecasts and help improve reporting, including automation of financial reports.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in performance management.
• Experience in financial management, accounting and budget monitoring.
• Involvement in budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Business or Economics, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Track budget requests through approval and purchasing processes.
• Check purchase orders and financial data for inconsistencies.
• Support budget owners with purchase order creation and follow-up.
• Monitor budget consumption throughout the year-end period.
• Update forecasts for year-end budget activities.
• Improve budget reporting, including automated financial reporting solutions.
