Job summary

Siemens AG in Belgium seeks a Financial Project Controller to drive planning, controlling and reporting for the Smart Infrastructure division. You will partner with management to provide insights on performance, risks and forecasts, while shaping new cost models and dashboards for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Solid accounting skills with the ability to interpret financial statements.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge with expert Excel; SAP experience desired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data mindset.
• Fluency in Dutch and good English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, controlling, and reporting activities for the business unit.
• Support management with insights into performance, risks, and forecasting.
• Develop models and dashboards to improve cost flows and efficiency.
• Execute budget planning, actual-versus-plan analyses, forecasting, and reporting.
• Analyze and optimize cost structures based on cost accounting.
• Propose efficiency measures to boost performance and cost accuracy.
• Create and present regular updates for internal stakeholders.
• Define and monitor KPIs to reach critical business goals.
• Design follow-up models to quantify efficiency benefits and track effects.
• Conduct ad-hoc profitability analyses to support business needs.
