Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical project management or multi-disciplinary engineering leadership.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, high-stakes projects in defense, aerospace, or security sectors.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, system/software architecture, and IVVQ.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the engineering delivery strategy, ensuring alignment with project constraints.
• Break down project scope into actionable work packages, managing resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Unify cross-functional teams under a shared vision, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee financial health of technical activities and manage risk with proactive contingency planning.
