Thales Group is looking for an Engineering Delivery Manager in Tubize, Belgium. You will be responsible for ensuring the on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of complex engineering systems while providing technical leadership to multi-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in technical project management, preferably within the defense, aerospace, or security sectors. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical project management or multi-disciplinary engineering leadership.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, high-stakes projects in defense, aerospace, or security sectors.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, system/software architecture, and IVVQ.

Responsabilités
