Thales Group is looking for an Engineering Delivery Manager in Tubize, Belgium. You will be responsible for ensuring the on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of complex engineering systems while providing technical leadership to multi-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in technical project management, preferably within the defense, aerospace, or security sectors. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong plus.

Qualifications

7+ years in technical project management or multi-disciplinary engineering leadership.
Proven ability to deliver complex, high-stakes projects in defense, aerospace, or security sectors.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, system/software architecture, and IVVQ.

Responsabilités

Define and own the engineering delivery strategy, ensuring alignment with project constraints.
Monitor progress with data-driven KPIs, ensuring transparency and timely adjustments.
Unify cross-functional teams under a shared vision, fostering accountability, trust, and collaboration.
Oversee the financial health of technical activities, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
