Pauwels Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to strengthen our delivery team in Mechelen. The role focuses on driving strategic customer onboarding, business transformation, and delivery coordination within a stakeholder-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Project/Program Management, holds a Master’s degree in a related field, and is fluent in Dutch and English. Experience in scale-ups and API-driven service environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience in rapidly evolving or scale-up organizational structures.
• Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities with a strategic mindset.
• Diplomatic and assertive communicator with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate strategic projects from initiation to delivery while managing complex business transformations.
• Manage key customer onboarding initiatives, acting as a bridge between customers and internal product teams.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Drive project governance, including planning, reporting, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration across departments for efficient delivery.
• Gather, challenge, and validate business requirements while managing actions and dependencies.
• Support change management initiatives and proactively identify improvement opportunities within the project scope.
