Pauwels Consulting is assisting a leading telecommunications client in Mechelen seeking a Project Manager to drive customer onboarding, business transformation and delivery coordination.

You will bridge customers and internal product teams to align objectives and ensure successful delivery, governance, risk management and cross-functional collaboration.

ASAP start; full-time onsite in Mechelen through 31/12/2026 with a strong extension potential.

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications sector, is looking for project managers to strengthen their delivery team. The role focuses on driving strategic customer onboarding, business transformation, and delivery coordination within a dynamic, stakeholder-driven environment.

• Lead and coordinate strategic projects from initiation to delivery while managing complex business transformations.
• Manage key customer onboarding initiatives, acting as a bridge between customers and internal product teams.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Drive project governance, including planning, reporting, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration across departments for efficient delivery.
• Gather, challenge, and validate business requirements while managing actions and dependencies.
• Support change management initiatives and proactively identify improvement opportunities within the project scope.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in telecommunications, specifically with Broadband, Fiber, HFC, or FTTH.
• Previous experience with Product Management or Change Management.
• Knowledge of API-driven service environments.
• Knowledge of French.
