Pauwels Consulting is seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead feeder infrastructure deployment initiatives in Mechelen. The role blends hands-on execution with governance development, driving process improvements across multiple projects from intake to handover.

Requirements include 5+ years in project management within related sectors, multi-project coordination, and strong stakeholder management. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; onsite, 6-month duration, ASAP start.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management within infrastructure, telecom, utility or construction sectors.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects from initiation to execution readiness.
Background in process improvement and governance development.
Proven track record in stakeholder management across organizations.
Experience navigating permitting processes and municipal coordination.

Responsabilités

Coordinate infrastructure projects from intake through construction readiness, including design follow-up and site surveys.
Manage project planning, permits, and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Identify bottlenecks and implement new governance structures and reporting mechanisms.
Act as the central contact for operational delivery, coordinating with municipalities, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure all project documentation and dependencies are finalized before handover to execution teams.
