Our client is seeking two senior Project Managers to strengthen its Project Management team. Roles are stakeholder‑driven, with emphasis on customer onboarding, business transformation, delivery coordination, and stakeholder alignment.

One position includes onboarding key strategic wholesale customers to the future API and operating model. Ideal candidates are business‑oriented, able to navigate complex stakeholder environments, and work independently with a strong delivery focus in evolving

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Project Management or Program Management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience in rapidly evolving or scale‑up organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate strategic projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage customer onboarding initiatives and business transformation projects.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, customer expectations, and operational capabilities.
• Drive project governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and decision‑making.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.
• Gather, challenge, and validate business requirements.
• Ensure actions, deliverables, and dependencies are followed up appropriately.
• Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support change management and stakeholder adoption initiatives.
• Prioritize activities and ensure projects remain on track regarding scope, timelines, and objectives.
• Lead onboarding of key strategic wholesale customers onto future API/service model.
