Randstad Digital Belgium seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives from initiation to delivery in Belgium. You will manage onboarding initiatives, coordinate business transformations, build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure alignment of objectives with capabilities.

You will drive governance, planning, risk management, and reporting, presenting updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project or Program Management.
• Strong stakeholder management, internally and externally.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and own initiatives.
• Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
• Diplomatic approach with influencing skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
