Pauwels Consulting is partnering with a leading public organization in Brussels to recruit a seasoned Project Lead for platform and data transformation initiatives. The role focuses on streamlining operations, modernizing legacy environments, and advancing Agile adoption within IT.

You will drive infrastructure/software projects, manage data transformation programs, and report on health, timelines, and quality to senior stakeholders. Start date 07/09/2026; duration 4 months; Brussels location.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a project lead in infrastructure or software development.
• 8+ years of experience with Prince2 or PMBok project management.
• 5+ years of Change Management experience.
• 4+ years of ITSM project management experience.
• 4+ years of SIEM project management experience.
• Fluent in Dutch (C2).

Responsabilités

• Lead high-impact infrastructure and software development projects end-to-end.
• Manage data transformation programs and modernize legacy apps.
• Implement risk and issue management; monitor project health.
• Guide organizational change management for new platforms.
• Coordinate with shared service providers for delivery.
• Promote Agile practices within the IT department.
• Report timelines, health and quality to senior stakeholders.
