The role combines partner management, business development, training, and compliance while leveraging data to identify growth opportunities and maintain strong partner relationships with financial product expertise.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in marketing, commercial or account management.
• Strong understanding of financial products and markets.
• Excellent data analysis, autonomy, and rigor.

Responsabilités

• Align local partner objectives with head office strategy.
• Collaborate with partner marketing and sales teams.
• Create, deploy, monitor promotional campaigns.
• Translate market needs into competitive offers with marketing.
• Drive performance analyses to identify growth opportunities.
• Train partner sales teams on products and tools.
• Ensure compliance with regulations in liaison with Compliance.
• Manage reporting for local and HQ levels.
