Jobat is seeking a professional to take ownership of key business processes within a large financial services organization. The role focuses on aligning processes with business objectives, regulatory requirements and internal procedures, while driving continuous improvement across departments.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations to optimize workflows and enhance digital customer journeys, and you will develop documentation and governance

Responsabilités

• Taking ownership of assigned business processes and ensuring they remain aligned with business objectives, internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Coordinating cross-functional projects and collaborating closely with stakeholders from Sales, Product, IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
• Supporting the design and enhancement of digital customer journeys and operational processes to improve customer experience.
• Preparing process documentation, procedures and governance frameworks to ensure consistent execution and compliance.
• Acting as a key point of contact between business and support teams to facilitate operational efficiency and successful project delivery.
• Developing communication and training materials to support the implementation of new processes and best practices.
• Monitoring process performance, identifying operational risks and contributing to sustainable business growth.
