ADRA, the AI, Data and Robotics Association, is a Brussels-based non-profit seeking a mid-level Projects and Partnerships Manager to strengthen EU-funded projects, ecosystem engagement, stakeholder relations, and strategic communications.

You will work closely with the Secretary-General to build and maintain high-value relationships between ADRA, its EU-funded projects and Horizon Europe initiatives, and the broader AI, Data and Robotics community.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (working language).
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building with senior contacts across industry, research, and policy.
• Experience in events coordination and programming, including agenda-setting and speaker curation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and own projects with minimal supervision.
• Background in AI, Data and/or Robotics is desirable; familiarity with EU-funded projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support EU project management by attending meetings, delivering deliverables, and coordinating with colleagues.
• Contribute to project proposals and liaise across ADRA’s EU-funded projects to align with ecosystem priorities.
• Identify synergies between ADRA’s projects and the wider ecosystem to enable collaboration.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across AI, data, and robotics ecosystem, including industry and policy actors.
• Represent ADRA at events and support senior colleagues in high-level stakeholder engagements.
