Anthropic is seeking an experienced EU Policy Analyst to build relationships with external stakeholders and develop policy positions within the EU ecosystem in order to drive progress in AI policy and safety.

Based in Brussels, you will collaborate with policy colleagues on a wide variety of projects, from analyzing policy proposals to drafting submissions for public comment, planning events, and building strategic campaigns that amplify Anthropic's policy presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience analyzing EU digital policy and regulatory developments.
• Ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Support policy engagement with the EU Commission, Parliament, agencies and public sector partners on regulatory policy for frontier labs.
• Engage policy stakeholders via briefings, consultations, demos, and roundtables in coordination with the EMEA policy team.
• Analyze policy proposals and map the EU policy landscape to inform Anthropic's positions.
• Draft submissions for public comment and consultations.
• Plan events and build strategic campaigns to amplify Anthropic's policy presence.
• Cultivate relationships with policy and political partners across the EU AI policy ecosystem.
• Partner with the EMEA GTM team to support commercial efforts as appropriate.
• Show deep knowledge of the EU digital regulatory landscape and EU AI and data policy.
• Translate complex regulatory topics into accessible information for debates and decisions.
